1. Navigate to the Permits tab, go to the Permit List tab and click Create Permit.
2. Fill in the required details.
Note: Your account may show different questions to the ones below.
a) Fill in the Permit description (1)
b) Select the Organisation from the drop-down list. The applicant will have multiple options if the contractor he’s under is assigned to multiple organizations (2)
c) Select the Project from the drop-down list (3)
d) Select the Permit Type from the drop-down list (4)
e) To select the Permit Disciplines tick one of the available checkboxes (5)
f) Select the Location/ Chainage from the drop-down options (6)
g) Select the Start date and time from the small calendar icon (7)
h) Select the Expiry date from the small calendar icon (8). As soon as the permit reaches the selected date it will expire
i) Select the permit holder (9)
j) Fill in the supervisor’s name (10) and phone number (11)
k) Once finished click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed (12)
Note: All the fields marked with the * symbol are mandatory.
3. Follow the prompts to answer all sections then once complete select the checkbox at the bottom saying ‘I understand that checking this box constitutes a legal signature’.
Then click the ‘Save and Submit’ button.
4. Once the permit has been submitted, an email notification will be sent to the Reviewer for approval. You will receive an email when the permit status changes or more information is required.
