If you got this message ‘Invalid token, please contact your administrator’, you’ve been:
a) already created an account and once this account is registered and active you can no longer access the system using the link you’ve been sent. To access the system go to this link fill in your email address and password, then click the ‘Log In’ button. If you cannot remember the password use our Password Reset guide to get a new one.
b) generated and already sent a new login link by your administrator, which will automatically overwrite the previous link and lead to the 'Invalid token' error message.
