5. I cannot book my workers for a site induction even if they are all compliant, I don’t have the dashboard alert, what can I do?

If you cannot register your workers for induction, please check that they are assigned to the project/site. In order to do that, go to the worker's details > click 'View' button next to the client > In the Compliance Profile tab, scroll down to ‘PROJECT/SITE’ table and assign a site by clicking the green ‘+’ button.
